ASTM A36 angle is one of the most widely used carbon steels by the construction industry. It is a low-cost material compared to specialty steels and exhibits the strength required for structural applications. In addition, it is weldable, formable, and machinable. Galvanizing the steel increases its resistance to corrosion.


ASTM A36 steel angle is used in a range of industrial applications, including:

3. ·Support frames that require welding, riveting or bolting on bridges and buildings

ASTM A36 is a hot-rolled, low-alloy carbon steel that exhibits good tensile strength. Its properties include ductility, ease of machinability and welding. As a result, it is one of the most popular structural steels. A36 channel is available with a galvanized finish for increased corrosion resistance.

ASTM A36/ ENS235JR Beams

Carbon steel structural beams are manufactured in two configurations. Both are constructed with

a vertical web in the center of the beam, with horizontal flanges on top and bottom. The structure of the beam provides superior load-bearing support.

I- and H- beams are widely used in the construction industry to provide support for buildings and load-bearing walls. They are available in a variety of standard sizes and selected based on the applied load for the required application. I-beams may be used both as beams and as columns.
