Global VP Account Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:

Territory Sales Manager
Type: Full-time, earning a competitive base salary plus commissions

Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales in assigned territory
Call on end product users to promote new and existing product lines
Perform product training for end users and distributors
Establish sales goals and specification objectives to meet company sales budget.
Provide after sale service support, including warranty and claims management.

Required Skills
1-2 years experience in an outside sales role; preferably within the Steel industry
Strong time management and project management skills.
Experience in developing professional presentations using Microsoft Office software.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and proactively prospecting for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising and communicating with existing clients.

Responsibilities
Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales and profits through cold calling, networking,
advertising and communicating with existing clients.
Build, develop and maintain professional internal and external relationships
Attend weekly sales meetings to provide updates to the team
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
Relevant post secondary education
2-5 years experience within the oilfield services industry, preferably in the global steel market
Strong communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
Experience working within Sales force
Strong interpersonal and organizations skills and relationship management
Persuasive and persistent Self-motivated and self-directed
Director of Purchasing
Basic Purpose
This position encompasses a STRATEGIC Procurement and an OPERATIONAL responsibility for most business fields. Thus it manages and facilitates the purchasing of all services and materials used including raw materials, packaging materials and office supplies. The incumbent will negotiate all contracts and purchasing agreements with suppliers and all prices for goods and services purchased. This position is also responsible for traffic of materials into the China and out of the china.
Reporting Relationships: This position reports to the GM. Reporting to this position are: Strategic and Operational Buyers and Export/ Import dep.

Primary Duties/Tasks:
Manages and directs the daily activities of the Purchasing Department in a cost effective and efficient manner.Monitors Raw Material (and Packaging) Markets to give proper and timely input to the Sales and Pricing functions of the company.
Manages inventory of raw materials, packaging supplies, etc together with the Production Control Department and the vendor.
Manages the Import and Export Departments.
Together with QC and QA negotiates the specifications with the vendors.
Develops a Team that can manage the strategic and the operational demands of the company on the Procurement function, both from a local and a global perspective.

Authority: This position has the authority to purchase supplies and services up to $3,000,000USD
Customer Success Manager
Responsibilities
Accountable for client satisfaction and retention for assigned book of business
Manage multiple client accounts and develop strong relationships with individual day-to-day contacts within the clients' organization
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans based on clients' business goals and objectives

Required Skills
Must have a strong quantitative aptitude
Excellent presentation skills coupled with the confidence to effectively communicate complex ideas in front of large or small audiences of varying authority
Highly detail-oriented & strong organizational skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Economics/Advertising majors are a plus)
